Emiko's Genesis

Emiko's Genesis This isn't a real anime, but it's a manga drawn by the VERY talented Ian Kim. He's such a terrific artist! The above picture of the girl with the pink hair is Emiko. Emiko's Genesis is very VERY original, very well-designed, just very VERY cool! This page is great! ^_^ I love Emiko. It is my favorite doujin. Why? Because the characters are so loveable. ^_^ The webpage itself is also entertaining. I love them SD conversations. ^_^

Anime Turnpike THE Anime Web Turnpike!!! The cute lil girl hitchhiking her way to the Turnpike is Trixie Turnpike, who just happens to be the Anipike's mascot. A very comprehensive guide to anime on the internet, and organized in a very nice way.

Anime Pitstop The FIRST EVER anime search engine!!! The Yahoo! of anime search engines, the Anime Pitstop is a very good place to go if you want to find something. The Anime Pitstop's mascot (the girl with the red hair) was designed by the ever-so-wonderful Ian Kim!!! I love his work. ^_^ Go to the Pitstop! ^_^

Anime Grove

Anime Grove Another anime search engine. Not as good at the Anime Pitstop, but still pretty comprehensive. Um... I guess that's it. I can't really tell you everything, now can I? ^_^

Project Anime Magazine One of the best places on the internet to find information about anime in America. Very current and up-to-date. (oh wait, those two things meant the same thing) Many things to do other than read the news too. You can send anime postcards, chat, shop, listen to music, and much more! Go and enjoy the wonder that is Project Anime!

Shopping

Nikaku Animart San Jose's prime anime store! Located in San Jose's Japantown, which in turn is located downtown, it's one of the best places to go for domestic and imported items. I shop there, so should you!

Tokyo Pop A GREAT place to buy some anime stuff online. It stocks many, many good things. You can find import CDs, LDs, video games, VHSs, etc. You can also find a good selection of domestic merchandise too. They have a Tokyo Pop club and if you join it, you can get a big discount on their merchandise. You can get a 40% discount on domestic VHSs. Isn't that enough incentive to join the club and buy something? ^_^ I know some of you guys are scared to order stuff from the internet, but don't fret. I have ordered from this place many times and I couldn't be any happier about their service. I highly recommend this place for any of you trying to find anime and/or merchandise. And if you want to find something in a hurry, there's also a convenient search feature for you to use!

The Place Never shopped here myself, but I hear it's a pretty good place. I recommend at least checking this place out. Besides, it has a really spiffy name. ^_^

Japanime.comA very complete selection of anime and J-pop items! I have ordered from this place and I think it is great. Lots and LOTS of J-pop to choose from, and just as much anime! If you order from here, you are ordering straight from Japan, so that's why they have so much stuff. It's cool!

AnimeNation

AnimeNationA good store. I haven't ordered from it yet, but it looks very good. They also have a pretty impressive selection of VHSs and cels. And while you are there, you can get a free anime e-mail. It is really cool. ^_^
